Whether it’s a relationship issue that’s bringing you, an accident that felt traumatic, abuse you’ve experienced in your past and/or in the present, feeling regular stress/fear, anger that feels uncontrollable, or general unhappiness and discomfort. I will listen to you without judgement and with compassion, to be attuned to you, to be your anchor, so I can understand you and your life in the present as well as the symptoms you’re experiencing and how they affect you.
It’s also important I understand your experiences in your past too, including childhood, and with all this information about you over a 2-3 sessions, can help me piece together the root causes of your symptoms, linking the past and present together as we go along. As we progress, I may suggest some strategies and techniques to practice, that could alleviate certain symptoms you’re experiencing.
It’s really important to me our work together is a success, so I will regularly check in with you to ensure how I’m working with you is suitable for you.
